bad sound on my kitty kraken bt

when i turn on the headphone and i listen to music on my computer, my headphone sounds good but once i start to play a game the quality become really bad and i cant turn on or off the gaming mode. I don’t know what’s my headphone problem, i tried to instal 7.01 surround but nothing change. once i turn off the game my kraken kitty v2 bt quartz edition has a good audio back. also my mic sounds really far away when i talk. i made a ticket to razer support but i have no answer so please try to help me
