So basically I woke up this morning and I immediately noticed my keyboard was only glowing on a couple keys. The rest of the keyboards chroma was off/black. When I went to login I found almost all of my keys were not working.
I started by unplugging and restarting my computer, but even after plugging it back in the keys lit up but only a few keys worked such as caps lock and enter, none of my letters or numbers seemed to work.
After a quick google search I tried the demo mode thing but none of them were for a Blackwidow v4 Pro & I strongly believe it wasn’t in demo mode. I finally found a thread on Reddit saying to swap the cords on the back of it but; my Keyboard is brand new and was working just fine the days leading up to this. I finally swapped the cords and restarted but it says they had the same problem after a couple hours.
My keyboard is now working after a cord swap and forcibly turning my pc off and back on. What do I do if it stops working again? Why did this happen in the first place?
