Blackshark v2 pro not detecting on Synapse 3.0

I’ve been trying to get my headset to detect on synapse for the past week, I’ve even fully reset my computer and it still doesn’t show up, I’ve done things that people have said on other posts but I still haven’t found a solution. My deathadder v3 connects just fine, but the headset does not.
