razer blackshark v2 pro synapse EQ settings not working
iv got this same problem with razer blackshark v2 pro after last synapse update the whole synapse didnt work i cant change anythink in my headphones I look in my pc setting and everythink was alright i try to reinstall the synapse but after uninstall i cant instal it again on my PC its joke i buy headphones for 200$ and their sound made me headache and i cant do anythink about it because synapse reset my settings and does not allow to change it

Did you find any solution ?
Same issue. My devise is no longer reacting to any of the Razer Synapse setting. I am not sure if the EQ is not working but fts like bass boost, voice clarity and etc are not working.
Hopefully we will see v3 Pros sometime soon, despite the 2023 edition update.
I had the same problem,my headphones were connecting for 20 mins and after connecting my EQ for sound and mic didnt work.Solution that worked for me is go to search bar type msconfig go to services enable all, then go to startup and disable razer synapse(also disable it within app) start synapse manually. hope this help.

Thank you so much mate, after 2 days of REINSTALLING, RESTARTING I gave up and after 3-4 months i found ur response and it worked GOAT

The EQ stop working from my side right after I’ve uninstall the THX driver. I hate the sound of this technology and I really feel it messed up with the sound in my PC. For example, when I turned the volume down on the spotify app, there was a litle latency… The Discord join and leave sounds was also weired… Without THX driver, no problem…
I quit the Razer software manually, restarted it manually and it worked. I hope I don’t have to do this every time
Finally I found a fix that worked for me. I hope it fixes it for you too guys!!!🙏🙏🙏
Open Sound Settings, press on your Headset, Headphones and press Properites
Press Enhancments and remove the tick from Disable all enhancements
System-sound- properties and on audio enhancement it needs to be on <<DEVICE DEFAULT EFFECTS» and its works right away
