Razer Blade 15 2018 Graphic card and Fan issue

Hi guys, I recently have an issue where my games will lag really badly after every reboot/shutdown. The only way to solve this issue is by reinstalling Nvidia drivers. But I had to do it after every reboot/shutdown which I have no idea why. Another issue is my fans aren't working like it use to anymore, especially when i'm running games on high graphics. Does anyone have any idea how to solve these issues?
