I bought a pair of Hammerhead True Wireless X about six months ago and for a couple of them everything went fine, until I started noticing that the earbuds stayed on after I placed them in the case. I thought that it was due to the silicone covers not letting them rest correctly in the charging ports and I took it off, and for a while it seemed to work but eventually the same started to happen and I had to manually turn them off. Things got worse from that and the left earbud stopped charging correctly, until now it won't even turn on.
I've seen quite a few people complain about the same thing but I haven't found any solution, so I opted to try and ask myself.
