I ordered from Razer.com to Canada the Razer Blade 15 and the Razer Power Adapter - 230W in the same order. (I thought this power adapter was different from the standard one that came with the laptop. But it is not.)
Now I have two identical power adapters. I would like to return one power adapter. I am copy pasting the order number and my email into return form, but the system does not recognize the order number and email. Message is “We don’t seem to recognize the order number and email.” The 14 day return period is about to expire. What to do?
