My window 11 pc did an update as well as synapse too and after restarting the pc I noticed that there was no sound coming out from my speakers. I tried unplugging the power cable and reseting my pc and is not working. Any suggestions?

Please try to power off and on the Wireless Control Pod to reset the speaker and subwoofer. If this method does not work, turn off the speaker and subwoofer and plug out the cable. Let it rest for 3 minutes before plugging it back in and powering it on. If the same problem persists, PM me your Razer Nommo V2 Pro serial number and proof of purchase for warranty validation. Save the shareable files via any online drive account listed here. Have a good one!
