My viper v2 pro doesnt work in wireless mode if I have it plugged in to the cable it works just fine but if i try to use wireless the mouse just flashes white and doesnt work. Also my scroll wheel goes the oposite way sometimes like if i scroll up it gives a down input to my computer and vise versa.

+1With the scroll wheel you can try to spray some air inside the mouse (left side of the scroll, where encoder is located).
With wireless dongle - check if dongle is available in Windows device manager? If yes, maybe it’ll help to pair it again with the mouse.
