Razer BlackShark v2 Pro (2023) Dongle wont Pick up mic activity but works in Bluetooth Mode just fine.

Ive encountered a problem as soon as i got my headset,  the dongle wont pick up my mic, the headset audio is great and synapse picks up when i enable and disable the mic but no audio comes through. ive already gone through Device manager and done the usual uninstall and reinstall drivers, Updated the firmware on the dongle and headset. ive also done the pairing with the program and, gone ahead as to check my pc in-case the system had any errors or issues making it not work. I dont want to return the device because ive already gone through the trouble of getting this headset and i dont want to wait for a replacement or refund. please help, ive really tried to like it but the main reason why i got this headset is for the mic.
