[Edit] I tried pressing firmly on both sides of the key to “reseat” the stabalizers as I read on other places online that might be the problem, They said i should hear a snap, I didn’t hear one and in fear of breaking my new keybaord I stopped doing it immediatly when no results were seen.
Lubing the stabalizers seem to lessen the issue but it’s still stuck for second after bottoming out.

[Edit end]

I received the keyboard for christmas, and Don’t drink anything near my computer so I know I haven’t spilled any liquids onto the keyboard to cause this stickyness issue. I am only 1 month in on ethis Keyboard basically and I find it peculiar that I am already having an issue of this sort.

When I play games that require the shift key to be held down for sprinting. I noticed a deley on the return after bottoming out the Shift Key for about half a second, and it’s not very good for user experience, This issue only started happening for a week or so. It’s very similar to this other person in this video.

Not as severe, but it’s noticable. Does anyone know If i can fix this myself? Or am I basically a sitting duck here.
I’ve replaced mechanical switches before but I have no experience with analog key switches.

Hello classiccamp069,

It sounds like there may be an issue with the stabilizers on your keyboard, causing the keys to stick. To isolate the problem, please try to turn the keyboard upside down and use compressed air to blow off any accumulated dust or debris. If the same problem persists, PM me your device serial number and proof of purchase for warranty validation. Save the shareable files via any online drive account listed here. All the best!
