After installing the Windows Update KB5033920, my Razer Book 13 cannot find the integrated camera in Device Manager or through the automated Windows 11 troubleshooter. Uninstalling this update fixes the issue.

Looking at this help link I opened up the laptop and found the thermal paste had hardened. Reapplying the paste and after a good break in period, things are running smoothly.
