I don't have access to my old Mobile Number for 2 Step Verification and need to change it to my new one

I try to get to the support part, but it keeps bringing me to Warranty support page, but this is Account related problems. I need to change my Mobile Number to a different one, since I no longer have access to it. Is there a way to do this?.
