Audio messed up on blackshark v2 after installing synapse 3

I bought a blackshark v2 in late 2021 and installed the synapse software without updating it until today.
Today I bought a deathadder essential mouse and synapse would not detect it. So I updated synapse.

Then after rebooting and playing games, in this case escape from tarkov, the audio was messed up.

It sounds like a bad equalizer. The clean bassy low frequency sounds lost most of their bass, and higher frequencies have a lot of white noise, it all sounds like a high pass filter being applied.

And I tried to reset the synapse equalizer settings, turning THX on and off, nothing worked.

Then I turned off synapse, and uninstalled it. Then I attempted to uninstall the headset from windows. However when pressing to remove the device, it processes for a minute, then the device is still here. Then I rebooted. And the headset works without synapse installed. However it still has the audio issues caused by the synapse 3 install.

This is the model number: RZ04-03230100-R3M1

Is there a way to factory reset the headset to erase whatever the synapse 3 update caused?

you updated, you screwed up.

Razer has broken the sound and has no intention of fixing it
