I bought the headphones in the summer last year, but I haven't had any problems until now, but I think yesterday, after the last update, when I switched to noise canceling and ambient mode, I started to get more effects only from the right side, which bothered me a lot, but when I opened something else and checked if there was a problem with the sound, the sound was fine. There was no problem at all, so I thought it was an update problem because nothing has happened to damage the headset so far, so after turning off the headset manually, I held it down for a long time to reset the headset. Only the green light came on and it did not make any sound. Now it does not turn on in any way and with this.
