As the title says I purchased a Razer 14 (RZ09-0427NEA3) in Nov 2022. I’m looking for some help from the support team.
Last week it to my surprise it wouldn’t power up. Ive tried all the suggested power cycling. I’m very used to having to do this as this laptop has always been a bit strange with the screen not always coming on when booting.
When I went to raise a support ticket and provided my serial number the system informed me that it wasn’t under warranty. Considering it is only two months outside this period and it cost me nearly $4K is there anything you can do to help me with this?
