My blackshark v2 pro headphones have an audible crackling when playing at some frequencies. This issue occurs regardless if its connected by cable or dongle. The software is up to date and they are completely new.

I’m sorry to hear about your Razer BlackShark V2 Pro having a crackling sound. When did the issue start to happen? Were there any incidents that happened to your headset prior to the issue?
