Razer Barracuda X 2022, not charging.

This is a replacement sent to me by the Razer official Flagship store via online here in my country, Philippines!

My first headset product, and fully stressed for almost 1 month and a half already.  my first one will flash red when charging and wil switch to flashing faint green with an 6-10 seconds interval per flash. then it won’t turn on.

They sent me a replacement but to my disappointment, When charging, it will flash red and then switch to faint flashing green agan with 6-10 seconds interval per flash like my former one. when I reconnect the charging cord, it will start flashing red again for awhile, then will switch to flashing green with several seconds interval. I can still turn it on this time.

Upon checking for 2 hrs charging, it is the same when I connected to my smartphone, the battery percentage via display status, and same with the razer app. Is this really it for the Razer Barracuda X 2022? do I have the sh*test Luck, or this is “NORMAL”?

my first didn’t evel lasted 2 weeks, the replacement.,.. coming to 2 weeks now but showing the same symptoms of not charging.

BTW I’m charging it using the Razer Cord A to C, connected to the usb port of my comp at the motherboard to ensure 5v, and not to feed it to much voltage
