I have razer mouse basilisk v3 and headset kraken v3 xOn startup razer synapse recognize my mouse but it doesnt recognize headset until i unplug and plug it back in computer, is there a way to fix it?

I have the same problem .I disconnect and reconect the dogle . Connect it with cable nothing. it reads my kraken v3 pro after reinstalling synapse .in synapse beta it doesn’t appear at all
