I tried to activate
but I keep getting messages that the activation code is not valid
please help me solve this problem

Activate what? More details please. If you have headset what is the exact model?

Just install Synapse 3 software - it’ll be available out of box without activation needed.

You don’t have to install THX Spatial audio external app (if you have already installed it, then remove it).

This program is installed Synapse 3 software 
But it only works if the device is connected via USB, but I wanted to configure the operation of this device for the mini-jack connector

not possible, unless you’ll buy code for external thx spatial app: https://www.razer.com/p/RZ11-13000-0001
