Hi - Both of the skip track buttons as well as the play/pause button on my Razer Ornata V2 aren’t working. The volume scroll and all other keys work fine however.
I’ve tried updating Synapse, rebooting my PC, unplugging/reconnecting the keyboard and created a new profile and none of it helped.
I also tried re-binding the skip track and play/pause buttons to other things such as alpha-numeric characters and they still don’t do anything, so it seems like the keys simply don’t work. I tried to go via support RMA but the support section doesn’t recognise my keyboard serial number….
