I have noticed that the touchpad on my Blade 15 Base has stopped working and not clicking.
I believe that my product is no longer covered by the limited warranty but think the battery may well be bloated having watched a youtube video on the subject.
I live in the UK and the Battery Serial is 7038LE0-204426658

Got razer blade 15 advance, yesterday my back panel got bloated real bad, i live here in US and i dont know if i have to do it myself or go to the authorized razer support store. Razer is expensive af and give us this kind of issues.
yes it said somewhere… “dont open the back case”.. also “dont use the laptop”.. so what am i supposed to do!?
+1Remove battery asap before it’ll make damage to your laptop. Depends on your laptop - if it still have warranty - then I’d contact Razer Support: https://mysupport.razer.com/app/warranty-support/
