Deathadder Elite DPİ buttons cannot work

hi, i have deathadder elite and i have some problem. dpi buttons work when program is off, but it doesn't work when the program is open i tried reinstall setups , install synapse2 and synapse 3 , created new account but > nothing has changed.

    Please put up a screenshot of the customization tab in Synapse 2. This may have something to do with the keybinds saved onto the buttons.

    hi, the dpi setting does not change in any way. button, manuel etc. i tried all ways. only works when the program is closed also only in factory settings

    The images aren't loading properly for me. Do you mind re-uploading them elsewhere? Anyways, please send me a PM with the serial number of your mouse so I can look into possible fixes.
