I woke up this morning and have no scroll.
I have had this mouse for a couple months with no issue. The mouse would sometimes turn on it’s tactile scrolling when waking up, not sure if that is normal or not, but nothing unusual. Today I have no scroll at all, not with or without tactile.
Things I’ve tried:
restarting computer
changing profiles on mouse
changing from 2.4ghz to BT to wired
uninstalling Synapse Beta and installing Synapse 3
Turning mouse off and on
uninstalling driver and restarting PC
unplugging 2.4ghz plug and moving to new usb
Tried updating firmware but the program sticks at “plug device into computer”
Someone please help me. I can’t imagine this mouse would break randomly overnight while not being used.
