Barracuda X (2022) Interference

I bought these not too long ago and have had problems constantly. I can only get them working reliably through wired connection or Bluetooth. When used wirelessly with the dongle on PS5, they are constantly messing with the controls on every game I’ve played with them. The second I turn them off, no more controller interference. They’ve been updated, used different controllers, tried using the wired A-C adapter, and they still interfere. Works great when connected via Bluetooth, but obviously you can’t connect them to PS5 via Bluetooth. I have no idea why this is an issue, and is very frustrating since these are quite expensive. Any help would be appreciated.

I would buy a usb extender and move that away from the ps5 as far as you can. This should stop the interference. It appears the headset and controller might use the same 2.4Ghz channel to communicate with the console

I can second this. Seems to interfere with my PS5 controller when playing COD. Too bad because these are virtually perfect otherwise.

Facing the  Same issue with my controller as well.

If you use the longer usb cable and string it away from the PS5 the interference goes away. The further away the better. Hope that helps.

I tried that, I used the cable that comes with the headphone for moving away the dongle from PS5 but my mic sound is crackling. 

What kind of cable do you guys used as extender & which port you used on PS5. Front type c or back USB Port???

I used the included cable, I think it’s around 4ft and ran it away from the back of the PS5 on top of the tv and it seems to be working.

This is also happening On PC I dont know what the problem is. When im connected to bluetooth and i open a diffrent game the AUDIO just becomes quiet I dont know what the problem is.
