The problem with getting the sound activation code 7.1

Hello, buy a RAZER BLACKSHARK V2 headset - A WIRED GAMING HEADSET + A USB SOUND CARD. I installed the application for sound 7.1, but after reinstalling Windows, the application was deleted. I threw away the box with the code. I contacted the support service, and they told me that my headset does not support sound 7.1, but before that everything was fine and the headphones were together with the Razer sound card. Can you please sort it out and send the activation code to the email for re-activation. Thank you in advance.
