Razer Kraken V3 Pro usb dongle stopped working

I’ve ran into the same issue 2 days ago, I’ve been using it without Razer Synapse up until they updated the beta to include it. It was working fine for 3 days and just now its like the dongle is dead. I used the beta for 3 days after expecting it to fix all the issues the Razer Kraken V3 Pro has had over the years and I could never use the headphones to full capacity. I wished I had my nari ultimate back that worked with razer synapse 3 but it had the same problems. If you find a solution please let me know too. I cant figure out if its Razer Beta related, Hardware related or Windows related

Same issue. Razer will not make it right. They dont even stock the USB stick lol, have fun paying $60 from a 3rd party seller in Beijing. They hate their customers. Still under warranty by the way.
