USBC port no longer working

One of the 2 USBC ports on my Razer laptop stopped working. I have tried everything and I can not figure out the issue. I have read many issues with these ports for Razer online but with no solution.  Any help would be great.

    @Razer.Zionzedd  - Any thoughts?  Below is the make/model of the laptop.

    Razer - Blade 14- 14" Gaming Laptop- QHD 165Hz- AMD Ryzen 9 6900HX- NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070 Ti- 16GB RAM- 1TB SSD - Black
