Hi, i just bought a Core X Chroma from Amazon. The item does not look damaged but i cannot get it to light up or connect to my laptop.
The Core X Chroma have several USB port. I tried connecting a USB drive to it to see if the Docking feature is working but it does not seem to work. Do we need to install any driver for the device?
