when i enter my serial number to get a activation code for my 7.1 surround sound it just gives a black box with no code or anything in it and no mail at all that it did something even though it says a backup has been sent to my registerd email account.

when i enter my serial number to get a activation code for my 7.1 surround sound it just gives a black box with no code or anything in it and no mail at all that it did something even though it says a backup has been sent to my registerd email account.
this is all that I get no code no mail nothing,
can someone help please
