My mouse doesn’t last very long and randomly disconnects from the 2.4 dongle. The battery life of my mouse doesn’t last long only for 2-4 hours, when I turn off the mouse and plug it in, it charges then stops. For the dongle it would turn off or stop connecting to the mouse, I would have to plug the mouse into my PC then unplug and replug the dongle it starts working again but the battery on my mouse is lower than before and dies fairly quick after that. I have updated all razer software and made sure it wasn’t software problems, by disabling razer.

Are you using a USB hub or any type of extension to connect your Razer Cobra Pro? Please perform the steps in this article to identify the dongle connectivity issue. You can also follow the tips here to improve the battery performance of your device.
