    I undertand that your having issues pairing your Razer DeathAdder V3 Pro to its dongle. Please try to download the Razer USB HyperSpeed Dongle Utility here. If the same problem perisist, Try to test the mouse on a different computer. If it doesn’t help, PM me your device serial number and proof of purchase so i can check for replacement options.
