My Basilisk X Hyperspeed stopped connecting via Bluetooth and will not even enter pairing mode. I’ve tried all the solutions suggested in similar threads already:
Holding the pairing buttons will not do anything, so I cannot update firmware (I’ve tried with the dongle and setting it to 2.4 mode but the firmware software will not update that way).
If there’s a possible way to fix this I’m unaware of, I’m open to trying it. But the mouse will not enter pairing mode, and using the dongle with all the devices I use this with is not an option, so I’d like a replacement if this can’t be solved.
