Two years I had used the razer synpase application when I had gotten my mouse the razer viper mini. And that same week I played Fortnite and got randomly banned, I reached out to them wondering the reason for my perma ban but they didn’t disclose nothing other than caught using unauthorized applications. Same thing happened with apex legends. I have now removed the software and haven’t had any problems now with other games.
