New Razer Ripsaw HD - Won't detect PS4 & Switch limited to 720
Hello,
I've been figuring out how to use my new Razer Ripsaw HD after receiving it in the mail today.
After quite a bit of fiddling around with the device, I've finally managed to get it to reliably capture my Nintendo Switch video & audio. However I can only capture the video if I manually set the Switch to use 720. When I put it to 1080p it results in a black screen in OBS, even if it pops up saying it is detecting 1080p content and I manually configure the video resolution to 1080p in OBS.
Now I've been trying to get my PS4 working with the unit, and every time I plug in my PS4, it refuses to detect any video and it won't pass through the video to my screen. If I plug it directly into my screen's HDMI port or a mini-projector I have it is perfectly fine. I've even tried setting the PS4 to manually use 1080p, 1080i, and 720 to no effect. It just doesn't detect the PS4 when I plug it into the Ripsaw.
