Sibernetika

My Razer Blackshark V2’s voume use to be pretty loud at the halfway click point to barely audible after the last update, I now have to run it at full 100% to get close to what my volume previously was.. no its not a windows update that did it since my audio is controlled by voicemeter, and no after the windows update my audio was still fine, it was 2 restarts later when Synapse got an update when suddenly my volume lost its oomph.

there was another post about it but seems to have gone the way of 404, you can find it by googling Windows app volume control not working after synapse update.

are mods deleting posts regarding it or what’s going on, and when can we expect to get an update that fixes the issue.

same issue.

Still no results or fixes?

I have a razer thresher that i use to be able to run at 12 system volume and that was where it was comfortable, recently got the razer blackshark and I have to run it at 80 volume for the exact same experience, I use my thresher for work as well on a different computer and its run into the same issue there as well, it has to be 100 now which makes it near impossible since if i cant hear someone now ive got no where to go to turn it up, its just at max volume all the time.
Not sure if theres something thats happened in the background with drivers, but something is clearly not working for this headset right now. It should be pumping out much better sound than what it is for a several hundred dollar headset
