Razer blade laptop 16 inch 2023 audio jack not detecting headphones when plugged in

Razer blade laptop 16 inch 2023 audio jack not detecting headphones when plugged in. I tried reinstalling the audio driver relatek and enabling/disabling the headphone jack detection. Nothing seems to be working. Has anyone encounter this issue before. Please help.

I have a Razer Blade 16 (2023). I have had Windows support try to help me with the exact same issue. Reinstalled Windows, still does not work. Did a factory reset yesterday and still no sound through my headphones nor is there any option to choose the sound output to headphones. Have tried with different pairs of professional over-ear close-backed pro studio monitors.

Have you had any success since posting this?
