my deathadder will click if i turn it off then on but it wont move or work otherwise please help

    Hi @Flinkky,

     

    Did you already try updating the firmware of your mouse? You can also try performing a clean installation of the Synapse app for further isolation. If that didn’t help, PM me the serial number so I can verify its model and check my resources for other steps to help you further. Thanks!
