Razor phone issues - wifi still doesn't work right, post-Pie camera doesn't work

Camera crashes nonstop after Pie update. Cleared cache and data. When I try to launch it it just crashes. I am still having ongoing wifi issues that were never addressed in my previous thread. Wifi keeps randomly dropping out. I also cannot get data on Mint or Cricket to work with this phone. Please help me, I feel like I wasted money on this thing.

    Turning off "don't disturb mode" fixes camera. At least that was the cause in my case
