Hi there,
Once I log in to Razer Synapse I am unable to use macros or create/link profiles. When im using a guest account everything works fine with one exception, as soon as i turn off my pc everything gets deleted. I had this problem with my old pc (i9-7920x, 32gb ram, 3080) and with my new one (Ryzen9 7950X3D, 32gb ram, 3080) both running windows 11 with the latest drivers. I've already done several clean installs, driver resets etc. I hope someone can help me with this.
