Why is the support so slow

i have had my laptop (Razerbook 13) for little over 5 months now, I was happy with it until I opened it one day, only to find that the (well documented) issue of the screen going blank had affected mine.

 

i couldnt turn on my screen and had to back up using a 2nd monitor.  Razer support stated that I needed to send my machine to their repair centre in Germany so I did this as soon as possible.

 

3 weeks has passed since and still no laptop.  I have had an update last week, to state that the parts are unavailable so there is a delay with my return.

 

Has anyone else had similar issues and would you have any advice for me to speed things up?
