Razer BlackShark V2 X Microphone issue /w razer usb audio controller

I just now unpacked the Razer BlackShark V2 X and i feel satisfied with the audio definitely one of the best headphones audio wise i have bought, but i have a strange issue with my microphone that its very quiet and very distorted, i tried all the fixes that where mentioned in similar type of posts, but still the issue persists, strange thing that i noticed is that in Discord and other app’s the mic is very silent and trashy but when i use my Razer usb audio controller to check for audio in razer synapse it comes out loud and clean/ smooth. Anyone know possible solution or methods on how to fix this issue ?
