Hi there, I have the Sonic The Hedgehog XBox controller and charging dock, and it seems like the controller doesn’t charge its battery pack (the one thats made to connect to the charging dock) when plugged in to the console by the USB-C port on the controller?
Is the only way to charge the battery pack that comes with the controller by using the charging dock that comes with it, or should it be possible to charge it through the USB-C on the controller itself?
