Razer Phone 2 signal drop

All of a sudden my phone drops its network. restart phone, it comes back for a few monets then goes again. Have taken sim out and placed in another phone- works fine. Placed other phones sim in Razer and does the same. Is there something i am missing or has my dream of this phone died and i have to argue for a replacement or find another phone. All i wish for christmas is a phone that just does what its meant to do!

    Hi there! When did this issue start? Have you tried doing a hard reset? If you haven't yet, please do and let me know how it goes.

    last night yes ive carried out numerous hard resets, i have spoken to the carrier, The phone works when connected to wifi but not when you take it off.

    It doesnt hold a network - Or at least in the automatically select a network - it is blank. its fine sometimes when you restarts the phone but as mentioned it drops out.
