Razer Basilisk v3 Pro Not Working or Charging

My mouse was working perfectly fine last night, I turned it off and went to bed.

This morning when I attempted to move my mouse around after turning it on, there were no lights, there was no detection of the device within Razer Synapse with my dongle or mouse (headset shows up fine).

I have tried unplugging and replugging it back in, I have tried take out the dongle, I have also tried the reset (LMB+MMB+RMB) and still, no activity from my mouse. How should I go about fixing this issue?

same situation here for my Viper Ultimate Cyberpunk edition, was using it perfectly fine yesterday but after my synapse updated I’m unable to use it in wireless mode, reverting back to an older synapse doesn’t fix anything ether, seems the new update broke something relating to wireless connections

Oh mine won’t even work plugged in with a USB-C, it’s completely dead.

Hello, I have a Basilisk Ultimate.  The charging dock lights-up and when I plug the dongle in it beeps.  However, the mouse will not charge.  Any thoughts?  GOD BLESS

I have the Basilisk V3 - wired version, but had a complete failure and boot looping of the mouse due to the actuator failing for the free wheel scrolling function, which seems a lot of people have had.

With Razer’s complete lack of help for anyone outside of their warranty period, regardless of how widespread this issue is, I made a video to help poeple.
If you cut only the thin ribbon cable leading to the free scroll actuator, you will disable it and the mouse will be functional again but will only have tactile scroll.
You can test if this is your issue before proceeding by unplugging the ribbon cable and testing if the mouse powers up before cutting it.

Hope this helps
