So i tried running the file that cleans out the razer files, so i could install synapse again since the original app I had was when I was still on W10 before i upgraded, but it says running app to download, then disappears, I've waited 30 minutes, and still nothing. I have a high end pc and good Wi-Fi, I don't know what I'm doing wrong.
