2.4 GHz dongle connection problem
Hi, My mouse (Razer Basilisk Ultimate) has a problem. If I use the normal wired USB to connect it to my PC, there will not be any problem, but when I try using my 2.4 GHz dongle for wireless use, after a couple of seconds, the mouse keeps reconnecting (keeps connecting and disconnecting by itself). I tried using it on another device. I was still facing the same problem but really less than on my PC. I tried updating the firmware and unfortunately, it did not help. I don't know how I can know if this is a hardware problem or software. Also, on my PC, I definitely tried all the USB ports that I am sure work fine.
