Razer Hammerhead True Wireless X right earbud turns off when no sound is playing

ttytom

The case for my earbuds were accidentally left in the washing machine, the earbuds were not in the case at this time. Since I took it out, the LED on the case was blue/violet/red. It wouldn't charge the earbuds. I tried fully charging it but the case wouldn't charge the earbuds unless the case was connected to power.

I let the case fully die down and the LED is now back to normal (red/green) except when I open it, there is no LED light now. The earbuds don't charge unless the case is on a power supply.

Not long after, I've noticed that the right earbud turns off when no sound is playing. I've tried to place it in the case for a bit but it still runs into the same issue.

Seems like water damage has affected the case holding a charge but no idea if that has caused this new issue.

The Razer Audio app suggests that the right earbud is charged so no idea what to do.

I’ve seen similar threads about the right earbud turning off randomly, could this be a manufacturing defect?
