When I use the 2.4ghz connection on the mouse it works fine but after some time it will connect but the lazer does not register an input for more than 5 seconds. The connection light remains on but the lazer comes off. The batteries in the mouse are charged aswell. New batteries only work for a couple days before they stop.

Does the issue persist when connected to 2.4 GHz wireless and Bluetooth? Try closing or disabling Razer Synapse and see if the problem remains. If it does, uninstall the mouse drivers here. If the steps didn’t help, please PM me the device serial number so I can provide other workarounds. All the best!
