Evening all looking for some pointers in regards to razer software synapse 3.
I recently bought a gaming pc back in october 2023 new to pc side of things, running the following specs
Ryzen 5 7600x
geforce 4060 ti 8gb graphics
2x 16gb ram Kingston fury 4800mhz ddr5
Samsung pro 990 NVME 2tb
gigabyte b650 Aurous elite ax motherboard
Drivers updated
w11 23H2
So at first razer was working fine no massive issues but i believe it was older model of synapse, any how had reinstalled windows few times but in last month been having game crashes and even BSOD as well as hard rebooting.
Got a friend who Microsoft certified do some quick screen assist to see the event logs.
He confirmed that synapse 3 and chroma is crashing every minute, in the background, services failing and causing critical errors to force reboots, been utterly driving me insane with it, I'm adamant its not hardware related.
Anyhow I've uninstalled all razer software, and not crashed once, even event logs not showing errors or critical errors. I would like to use razer software as i use Deathadder mouse, Blackshark pro headset and Huntsman keyboard but if the software going to crash my system all the time then i have no choice but not use it.
Anyone else had this issue and if so what was it that you did to fix it.
